Brief Answer:
Irregular intermenstrual bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

We call this situation menorrhagia, uterine intermenstrual bleeding between normal period.
There are several conditions that cause this problem such as fibromyoma, polyps, endometrial hyperplasia or even hormone imbalance.

I think you may need to do an ultrasound to check for anatomical issues such as fybromyoma, polyps or thickening of the endometrial lining.

Also, a colposcopy should be done to check the column uteri because polyps can be present there.
Also taking progesterone-like hormones and stopping them can cause irregular bleeding.
Get examined soon.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
