Brief Answer:
consume a diet rich in vitamin B12, and take Vitamin D supplement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ruchika,

Thanks for posting your query, and uploading your health report. I have read through it thoroughly.

Here is my suggestion:

Your overall health risk for heart (high blood pressure and high cholesterol), kidney, liver, thyroid, and pancreatic diseases like Diabetes is low as per the report.

Your urine pH is low 4.82. Normal range is above 5. Clinically, it is not of any significance. I would still consider 4.82 pH value as normal. So, please do not worry about this.

In your liver function test, total protein is 8.58 ( normal is less than 8.3). This is slightly high and is not of any clinical significance. Same goes with globulin of 3.77.

Your thyroid function test is normal.

You have Vitamin B 12 deficiency at a value of 163. You need to consume more food that is rich in vitamin B12 like milk and milk products, yoghurt, fish, liver, and eggs.

Your Vitamin D is low at 14. It means to say you are deficient in Vitamin D. I would suggest you to take a weekly tablet or XXXXXXX of Vitamin D supplement 60,000 IU (available in brands like D-rise) for about 12 weeks. Please get it prescribed by your doctor.

As for your complete blood count (CBC) is concerned, everything is normal except for lymphocytes at 47%. Again, this is not bothersome. Please ignore it.

Your Haemoglobin is 12.1 which is normal clinically. We consider anything above 10 as normal in women in the reproductive age group.

To summarise, You need to consume a diet rich in vitamin B12, and take Vitamin D supplement.

There is no need for any further health checks.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have doubts or need clarifications.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr Shanthi E
