Apparently the 2 boil kind of formation at anus can be sentinel piles and cone out as skin tags from anal fissure. One in front and the other at the back of anus.
The itching can be due to the irritation due to leaked or retailed mucus or stool. Or some sort of dermatitis or retained sweat.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
- First of all get your stool tests done, blood tests to rule out diabetes.
- Stool softener if the stool is hard or if there is constipation.
- Stool test may guide for further management.
Sitz bath in a large tub with plain warm water before and after passing stool and once you reach home in the evening , This may help for itching.
Get Per-rectal and proctoscopy examination done to see for the real condition you are suffering from and thus getting a proper management as needed.
Avoid foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems.
