Question: I have had 3 spine surgeries. I have had spinal cord damage. I am in severe pain, and no insurance. please help.

As per your description it is clear that you are having severe neuropathic pain. Unfortunately it is one of the most severe form of pain condition and does not settle with common analgesics ( pain killers).
As of now you can take analgesics like gabapentin ( gabaneuron is a popular brand) on twice daily basis. Anti inflammatory steroids like deflazacort can also be considered.
In severe cases you can opt for steroid injection to the spine which will provide long lasting pain free intervals. Consult a neurosurgeon and he will direct you accordingly.
