Brief Answer:
No need for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dmorrissey37,

I have read your history and I would not be concerned at all. Since you have had flex cystoscopy recently and also radiological imaging, the risk of cancer is slim to none. Microscopic hematuria is very common in the general population, and up to 30% of all people will experience it at some point, with the majority (99.9%) having no urological cancer. If you have no other symptoms, e.g. weight loss, fatigue, anemia, I would suggest you stop with the urine controls.

Hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to write back if you have further questions.

Best wishes.
