I Have Had A Candida Glabrata Infection For 3 Months.

Boric acid suppositories can help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Recurrent vaginal candida infection is stressful. A common reason for recurrent infections is the simultaneous improper treatment of the partner which keeps on reinfecting the female partner repeatedly.
A vaginal swab culture sensitivity will be helpful in determining the antibiotic which will be most suitable for your infection.
You also need to eliminate certain predisposing factors like:
1) Diabetes- by doing the blood sugar (FBS, PPBS) tests.
2) A recent change in the sexual partner or having multiple partners, presence of any type STD.
3) Using any douching or inserting any foreign object.
4) The concurrent practice of vaginal and anal intercourse in an alternate way during the same session.
5) Other co-existence factors- irregular diet habit, psychological factor, hormonal imbalance, non-maintenance of genital hygiene, cervicitis/ atrophic vaginitis, etc.
It may be aggravated by using a chemical substance like lubricant/ jelly with condom or soap/ detergent/ other bath products, causing repeated friction & irritation inside the vagina.
Boric acid suppositories can help but it is equally important to find the cause of recurrence and eliminate the cause. Online prescriptions are not valid so I cannot order a prescription for Compounded Amphotericin.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
