Brief Answer:
Anemia and dehydration possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Bad headache together with ringing ears, dizziness and fatigue are signs of iron deficiency anemia.
You should do a total blood count with formula to check for anemia.
The muscle cramps and dry skin are signs of dehydration which also can cause headache.
Try to regulate the dehydration taking liquids and electrolytes. Take tresol to replace fluids and minerals.
Take ibuprofen or ketoprofen for headache.
You can show the blood test results to me to analyse them.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
