Brief Answer:
There can be several causes which should get evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there are several causes for stomach bloating which should get evaluated. Still most common is indigestion or stomach upset.

Please let me know,
Do you have abdominal pain, nausea/vomitting, decreased appetite, acidity, fever, changed bowel habits, had outside food, yellowish eyes/urine?

For detailed clinical examination, I would suggest you to consult with physician. He may procure complete blood count, ultrasound abdomen sos as per evaluation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Till then you can take tablet containing simenthicone , peptobismol which available over the counter. Along with that take soft and light diet. Avoid smoking if you have it.

Watch for symptoms continuous vomitting or unable to pass flatus than you may require urgent medical care to rule out intestinal obstruction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I'm having normal bowel movements. Slightly decreased eating. Able to keep food down without vomiting. Urine is a bit more yellow than usual, however I've been taking lots of vitamins recently.

Brief Answer:
Require further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

As per your history, you have decreased appetite and yellowish urine which should get evaluated further.

For that I would suggest you to consult with physician/Gastroenterologist.

He may procure complete blood count, liver function test, ultrasound or CT scan abdomen as per evaluation to rule out jaundice or other abdominal causes.

Along with that kindly follow all measures as suggested earlier. Avoid alcohol if you have it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
