I Have Had A Few Bumps In My Pubic Region

Question: I have had a few bumps in my pubic region for the past few months. One of which I discovered in May and it has only gotten slightly larger since I%E2%80%99ve discovered it. I%E2%80%99ve visited a general doctor who said it appears to be an infected hair follicle and I%E2%80%99ve vistited my OBGYN and received a papsmear my results came back normal and negative for HPV. I also ran blood work and it came back negative for any STD%E2%80%99s. However I am still concerned this can be something else other fhan infected hair follicles. I%E2%80%99ve also noticed that the main bump feels irritated after shaving and ive seen some bumps come and go after shaving as well. I%E2%80%99ve attached a photo for reference to my issue.
