Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
HI,
Thanks for the query.I have read it &understood your concern.
*Pleura are two thin membranes covering lungs. In pleurisy, they get inflamed&give pain while breathing .The pain stops if breathing is withheld for some time, thus distinguishing it from other chest pains.
Such inflammation can lead to fluid built up between two layers of pleura..&many untoward complications...so diagnosing plericy, finding its cause to get treated specifically IN TIME is very important.
*Though there is no need to panic...I would advise you to consult a chest specialist, get examined ,investigated followed by advise for its specific treatment.
*Till then you can start with over the counter anti-inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen &cough syrup for dry cough./avoid exposure to cold, smoke or dust/eat healthy food /drink warm water.
I hope that helps you.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks
