Question: I have had a noise in my head that is like a bad hum , I hav
e had a brain scan am
no an Mir but they show no signs of an annurism , but say it could br dur to stress, L have had it for 6 months and it is affecting me , pjhysically

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, there is no serious problem, as your MRI of brain is normal. I agree the most likely cause could be stress. Also, please get your ears examined, as sometimes, mild dysfunction in ear cause humming sound in ear and head.
