Question: I have had a red patch on my penis for a couple of years....doesn't really ever go away, but seems to get worse at times (like after sex). Doesn't hurt, doesn't itch, isn't an open sore, just more like a burn on the skin that won't get better. At times there can be other red areas (again, no pain, itch, or anything) nearby, and sometimes in the folds of the skin. Could this be Gential Psoriasis? And can you prescribe treatment?
