I Have Had A Slight Twitch Just Between My Mouth

Question: I have had a slight twitch just between my mouth and chin, on the right side, that happens every now and then. It started after a stressful day a month ago, and i've noticed it happens when I close my eyes or blink, lasting approx 1-2 seconds. Not all the time when i close my eyes or blink, but seem to be related.
Yesterday it got better, it didn't happen that much. But I had a good day, today, I had a stressful day, so I feel like it's occurring more.
It's not really noticeable (i tried to take a video of it), but I can feel it.

Brief Answer:
Stress and anxiety may cause the twitching.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think the twitching you are complaining may be caused by stress and anxiety. Possibly a stressful situations at work may have caused it, as you refer.
Stopping caffeine is advisable because it often stimulates twitching but stopping it for only two days is not enough.
Stop caffeine for longer.
Also you may need to take B complex vitamins because they can relax the nerves and muscles. Also I can advise you to take magnesium. Also remember to keep yourself hydrated drinking more water.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Twitching happens normally to different muscles.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for writing again.
I don't think this is much related to a tumour. Muscle twitching happens normally to different muscle even without notice.
Take some magnesium and vitamin B complex at least for a month. Also continue with caffeine restriction and increase water intake.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.
