I Have Had Alternating Blocked Nostrils For One Year Completely

Question: I have had alternating blocked nostrils for one year completely and also I have had red/bloodshot eyes for the same time period. I got sick a lot in 2018, waking up with a lot of mucus which would lead to a chest infection so I was on antibiotics at least four times but I stopped getting sick in September 2018 when I started to take "Air Defence Healthy Immune" by NOW. However I still have one blocked nostril at all times and I am waking up with bloodshot eyes. Can anyone tell me what the issue is?

Detailed Answer:
Hii.Its is likely from your symptoms that you are suffering from allergic rhinosinusitis. Please do a X ray paranasal sinus to see whether any infection is present in your nose and sinuses. Consult a ENT surgeon and do a nasal endoscopy to see the exact condition in your nose. In the meantime start fluticasone nasal spray, steam inhalation. Avoid allergens like dust, more, cold. Change bedsheet, pillow cover twice weekly. Do yoga or nasal breathing exercise.
Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
