Question: I have had an ever worsening headache and balance issues for the last few days, when I put my arms out in front of me, my left arm shakes like I have a tremor

Nausea, poor balance, left foot hurts, left pelvic area hurts intermittently

I have noted your symptoms- headache and balance issues for a few days. In addition, you have action tremors of left arm.
A CT scan of the brain should be done to exclude a blood clot/infection or a tumor. If the brain scan is negative, symptomatic treatment can be given for headache and tremors.
