Question: I have had anal fishers and external hemorrhoids in the past and have had some occasional rectal bright red blood. My question is a few days ago i was on a car trip and had sudden stomach and very painful rectal cramps but was unable to find a bathroom. This went on for close to 1 hour. Once i did find a restroom i had a large bowel movement and diarreah. I noticed some bright red blood on the paper. I did not have a bowel movement the next day however for the last two days after i have had bright red blood at the start of the bowel movment and on the paper. I have a slight amount of anal pain. Does this sound like a fisher and maybe internal hemorrhoid agervated by the pressure and cramps and having to hold the movment for so long?

As per your description, you seem to have aggravated internal hemorrhoids, and they cause discomfort. May straining or irritation when passing stool can damage a hemorrhoid's surface and cause it to bleed or discomfort felling and due to your anal fishers you have anal pain too.

This symptoms can be corrected with the diet full of fibers and vegetable.Also you can use painkiller and local cream with lidocaine in your anal area

So do you feel that with me having the major cramping in the stomach rectum and not being able to find a place to use the restroom for over an hour would have agervated this issue. It was quite painful i will say.

How long should i expect the bleeding to continue? It is just a small amount on the surface of the stool and a little on the paper. I am trying to up my fiber intake now but still have some harder stools
