I Have Had Day 21 Progesterone Bloods And AMH Done.

Question: I have had day 21 progesterone bloods and AMH done. Please can you tell me if I ovulated and if I can conceive? Also please can you tell me is AMH a good value for my age of 47. Progesterone 27 on day 21 and AMH 5.2

What do you mean by amh pathological please? Can I not conceive?

This level of AMH is high for your age. One pathological cause can be PCOS but an ultrasound may be needed and CA 125.
This doesn't mean that you can't conceive.
Considering your age and the time you have been trying to conceive you may need to consider IVF.

I am on cycle day 30 but had progesterone taken day 21 is that why the value is only 27? My GP this morning said to confirm ovulation it has to be 30.

Regarding AMH if sinister pathology is ruled out is my AMH level okay?

Ultrasound scan doesn't show PCOS so I am worried sick why my AMH is high and worry it will stop me conceiving

AMH is very high for your age but it can't indicate infertility.
Progesterone above 30nm/ml can indicate ovulation

My progesterone was taken day 21 of a 27 day cycle and value was 27 will I have ovulated as blood test should have been done on day 20??
