Brief Answer:
Indigestion or IBS can be the possible causes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the photographs as well.
The symptoms and signs are most likely suggestive of indigestion or irritable bowel syndrome.
As of now include more fiber rich foods to your diet and avoid spicy and gas forming foods.
Over the counter available laxatives like lactulose can be taken at the bed time for couple of weeks.
Psychological factors also play a major role in IBS and you should avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.
If symptoms persists you have to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for a colonoscopy.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
