I Have Had Episodes Of Times When I Feel Immense

Question: I have had episodes of times when I feel immense abdominal pain. When so happens I have to run to the nearest toilet because the only way to get rid of such immense pain is to excret asap. Innicially, I do not feel like doing it but the pain and certain movements helps the performance. While in pain, my blood pressure drops and I swet hot and coldly. I give all my might to excret ending up with diarhea. A lot 0f the time I end up passing out on the floor until my blood pressure rises again. All this process takes me about 10 to 20m. Once I recuperate, I feel like it never happened. What do I have?

I have been having these symptoms since I was 16 years old
I have been having it for 30 years now.
I have it once a year on average but lately, i have been having it more often. I have not noticed the stool since it is the least of my worries when it happens. I do not remember seeing it with blood or mucus.
All I know is that is very painful and my blood pressure drops dangerously to the point that I start to swet hot and cold until i pass out.

Brief Answer:
Syncope
Detailed Answer:
Your symptoms are suggestive of a condition called Defecation Syncope.
This is a vaso-vagal reaction of the body.
I would advise you the following in such a case:
Consult your Doctor for proper clinical evaluation, examination and necessary investigations.
You may need to rule out any cause in colon by colonoscopy, CT scan of abdomen; tests of stool, blood and urine.
The management for avoiding such attacks depends upon finding the trigger factors.
During the attack, one should lie down and if possible or if assistance is possible to elevate the lower limbs above heart level to help venous return to the heart from pulling of blood in lower limbs.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Thank you for such answer.
I googled Decation syncope and I agree with some of the symptoms. Although, it does not mentions any extreme pain in the abominal area. It is possible that the cramp may lead me to focus on my strength to excrete, in order to reduce the pain, and as I try hard, my heart slows down, my blood pressure drops, I star to swet and i may or may not pass out until my system comes back again to normal. I also wonder if the heart slows down due to the extreme pain or because of the pressure i give myself to excrete... or both. All i know is that the sooner i feel pain and excrete, the milder is the experience. This last one scared me a lot because i was asleep and by the time i went to the washroom it was way too painful already. I passed out on this one.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
After initiation of process the vagal nerve overacts and causes the cascade of symptoms.
The blood pressure as well as heart rate drops.
The venous blood is pooled in lower limbs thus reducing the venous return to the heart further complicating the problem.
There is less blood flow the brain causing the pass-out stage - one falls to the floor and thus allows the blood from lower limbs to heart - lungs- heart and thus to the brain - consciousness is regained.
This is also modulated by the autonomic nervous system called sympathetic and parasympathetic one.
I hope this answer helps you further.
