I Have Had Extreme Lower Back Pain For Over 1

Question: I have had extreme lower back pain for over 1 week. I've been to Patient First and the emergency room. Both examined me and gave me pain killers, but no x-Ray. I seemed to improve for awhile but now the pain is back and worsened. I can barely walk.

If the pain is very severe you can got to emergency and get a Xray done

Usually the back pains are always related to wrong postures

You try sitting and sleeping in a proper posture.

Continue the same medicines prescribed
and try to do back stretch exercise
Get Ice fomentation for immediate temporary relief.
