I Have Had General Weakness For 3 Days. Some Slight

Question: I have had general weakness for 3 days. Some slight headaches, and some chills and fever. No dyarhea or vomiting. These symptoms seem like prelude to the flu , but symptoms have remained pretty much unchanged for the entire time.
