I Have Had Lower Right Side Sharpnstabbing Pain. Started Saturday

Question: I have had lower right side sharpnstabbing pain. Started Saturday morning. Gets better and worse since then. I thought it was a cyst I have been using s heating pad and hot baths, inthoight maybe I was constipated and took a otc laxative and gas pill tonight at 6 and went to sleep on heating pad and just woke up at 1030 like someone was stabbing me.
