Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query
I have read your question and the reports.
You have arthritis of the knee due to wear and tear and degenerative changes of the tendons and joint around your shoulder.
I suppose physiotherapy should help to improve range of movement and strengthening of the muscles.
Avoid lifting weights or cross leg sitting.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
