here is the blood smear results i got.
Brief Answer:
Peripheral blood smear examination needs to be done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again.
I am afraid that the report that you have posted is that of complete blood count (CBC).
This is not the report of the peripheral blood smear (PBS).
Kindly, get a peripheral blood examination along with CBC.
PBS will enable us to know the morphological details of white blood counts (WBCs) and neutrophils.
However, it is not likely to be due to cancer.
Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
Absence of atypical cells rules put cancer. Follow up required.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again.
Absence of atypical cells on peripheral blood smear rules out cancer.
In the absence of infection and other inflammatory markers, there is no likely cause of elevated white blood count and neutrophils.
I suggest you to follow up CBC after few days / weeks.
Thanks and take care
