I Have Had Several Recurrent Unexplained Symptoms In The Pelvic

Question: I have had several recurrent unexplained symptoms in the pelvic region for over a year. These symptoms have been troubling and annoying to say the least. I have been to the doctor several times, but have found no explanation to why I am having these symptoms.
These symptoms include:
2 abnormal pap smears (LSIL)
Urinary incontinence
Increased urinary frequency
Recurrent UTI's (despite antibiotic use, have had countless infections within the past several months)
High white blood cell count in urine, even without infection
Diarrhea for over a month (currently resolved)
Hair in my anal region is falling out. (Every time I wipe, I get a clump of pubic hair.)
Anus feels swollen, random strange feelings in rectum.
Blood in stool (3 times)
Pelvic pain (Cramps between periods, lasted for several months)
Abnormal bleeding (random spotting between periods)
Lower back pain
Generalized lymphadenopathy (For the past month and a half. Swollen, painful lymph nodes all over my body that come and go. Under my right armpit and my right groin area, I have two swollen lymph nodes that have consistently been very tender.)
I have had the following tests done: CBC, liver and kidney, thyroid, hormones. I had a colposcopy last year that confirmed LSIL, have an appointment for another one in a few days. I had an ultrasound of my bladder last year but nothing came up. I had a manual exam of my rectum a few months ago that did not show anything unusual. I have tried preparation H but have had no relief in symptoms. I am extremely frustrated as no doctor can give me an answer to what is occurring and how to get relief. This is affecting my sex life. The reccurent UTI's won't go away even with antibiotics, I have to get up several times a night to pee, I can't have anal sex, I can't even cuddle with my partner because the lymph node in my armpit hurts so bad, and no sign of it going away. Not to mention that having all these ongoing symptoms without any explanation is very unsettling. I'm annoyed. I don't know how many of these things may be connected to one another.
I'm not trying to be paranoid, but I find it very weird that all these symptoms that I keep getting are in the same general area. I just want them to go away, or at least to know why I'm having them, and if I can do anything about them or just have to live with them.
