What Medicines Should I Take I Have Had Severe Diarrhea Since Today Morning?

Question: I have had severe diarrhea since today morning. I also felt feverish. My RT-PCR was negative. What medicines should I take? Also since my college has an outbreak of covid should i consider that for treatment?

Well, firstly start taking plenty of ORS fluids to avoid any further dehydration... Repeat RT-PCR for SARS-Cov2 followed by further clinical evaluation by a physician is also recommended in your case...Do follow social distancing, face mask, hand hygiene and other universal precautions as well...
