I Have Had This Thing Come Up Behind My Left
Question: I have had this thing come up behind my left tonsils situated both sides , its been there for over a year on and off soreness? Sometimes it sore and pain resonates to my ear. Can you advise on what this is ? I have included a number of pictures to help you see... thanks

What are the white bits on it? And why is it sore sometimes ? And they are different on both sides and pain in left ear where its sore ? My throat is often sore aswell sometimes ?...
