I Have Head Pressure On The Right Side Of My

Nerve pinching syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Which area MRI was done? Brain or neck?
Details about the lump:
Size, mobility,
pain/tenderness,
fixity on tightening the neck muscles,
Clinical examination by Doctor,
Any Ultrasound or so.
My thoughts after reading your history:
Emerging from between bones of the spine in the upper neck, the two greater occipital nerves make their way through muscles at the back of the head and into the scalp.
Nerve pinching/stretching through the muscles, scars or lump can cause such pain that start in neck and traverse from neck to scalp.
They sometimes reach nearly as far forward as the forehead, but do not cover the face or the area near the ears (which may be in your case).
I hope this answer helps.
Please give feedback.

The lump is 2cm.
No pain from it or tenderness.
The neck is sometimes tight on the right side. During chest flys, I can feel the strain from my right side jaw to my trap.
The pressure does appear on my forehead sometimes.
The doctor said the lump may be a lymth node.
No ultrasound yet.
No loss of weight or energy.
As discussed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
First of all, request your Doctor to get an Ultrasound and FNAC of the lump if possible as this will know the exact diagnosis as 2 cm size is remarkable.
The possible additional management I can suggest you is as follows:
First of all, stop any activity that increase the spasm, pain or so.
Neck support collar can help to reduce the spasm.
Simple sling support to right elbow and forearm wherein the weight is transferred to the left side of shoulder should help you further.
Continue medications as advised.
And give feedback.
