Brief Answer:
Fibromyalgia most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely Fibromyalgia. The sites you mentioned are tender points of Fibromyalgia. Hypothyroidism can be a reason for this also.
It is better to rule out any autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis by doing Blood routine tests, C reactive protein and Rheumatoid arthritis factor. ESR will be raised in routine blood test and C reactive protein, RA factor will be raised in such cases.
Hypothyroidism should be corrected effectively. TSH level should be checked and adjusted the dosage of Levothyroxin. Cardio exercises, hot showers and breathing exercises for stress relaxation will be beneficial. Drugs like Pregabalin and Duloxetine are very effective in Fibromyalgia.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
