Question: I have intra muscular fibroids and endometriosis and normally very painful periods. Have gone back on the pill after failing to conceieve for 6 years. Pill is to ease period pain. Failed to conceive due to low sperm count.
Have period and today had very painful cramps and nausea and then passed a large white fleshy triangular lump with a blood clot attaches. Have never had this before and concerned. Pain eased immediately.
Started Rigevedon pill on 29th august

I think the triangular flash with blood clot can be endometrial tissue. I don't think this something to worry about. The cramps and pain you had previously caused the endometrial lining to brake down and it's rupture and fall-out caused the relief from pain. Having an intramuscular fibroid may cause increased amount of blood.
Continue to take contraception pills as usual. If you have pain you can take mephenamic acid as soon as pain starts.
