Question: I have irritation in my left eye since yesterday. It started after walking on a dusty road for some time. Can you please suggest any eye drop or natural remedy?

Hello thanks for the question,

Since you have been exposed to dust, you could have some particles in your eyes which need to be seen by an ophthalmologist . if so we have to remove those particles if not then you may put moxifloxacin and refresh tear eye drops four times each for a week.
