I Have Issues With Nerve Pain And Tendinopathy In Both

Question: I have issues with nerve pain and tendinopathy in both arms. I took a vitamin D test and the result was 28 ng/ml. The reference range was 30 to 100. I think I'd like to get to at least 50. How much vitamin D per day do you think I should take as a supplement? How long should I wait before re-testing my vitamin D? I obviously don't want it to get too high either. Thanks for your help.
Brief Answer:
400 - 800IU daily
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
You can take 400-800IU daily for 3 months and then test your Vitamin D levels.
Eat diet rich in Vitamin D like sea fish, eggs, nuts.
For nerve pain you may need Pregabalin.
