Brief Answer:
eczematous dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you.
It seems like an eczematous rash. I suggest you to use a topical potent steroid cream e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream or halobetasol propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few day. These are prescription topical steroid. In addition to that I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g tablet cetrizine 10mg once a day for a few days.
Take care
