Brief Answer:
may be ankle sprain. Follow up with detailed history.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and attached image. Here is my advise.

As per your history and attached image, as having mild pain then it may be ankle sprain.

Please let me know do you have history of long standing, injury, sprain, inability to bear weight, leg pain?
Are you taking any medications?

To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do MRI ankle joints, doppler ultrasound of legs after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.

Till then for pain you can take tab. acetaminophen 500 mg every 6 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads. Do regular physical therapy.

Please keep legs elevated. Try to reduce weight if you are overweight. Avoid long standing.

Let me know I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale.
