I Have Left Shoulder Pain That Is Making My Mobility

Question: I have left shoulder pain that is making my mobility less than normal. The pain goes down the inside of my arm also. I can not reach up or behind me anymore. It is constant and doesnt stop hurting having trouble sleeping on it also

I also had an xray and nothing showed up.

I am not having any luck getting my hands on the xray but i did get to see the results of it. It says:

FINDINGS: There is mild acromioclavicular joint osteoarthrosis. The glenohumeral joint is intact.

Please help. The pain is awful and i am loosing mobility daily.
