Brief Answer:
YES.......CONSULT AN EMERGENCY ROOM

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Yes.....you should go to ER and get a medical consultation.

Liver Cirrhosis patients are at an increased risk for bleeding as the liver is unable to synthesize coagulation factors which are responsible for homeostasis.
Risk for bleeding is particularly elevated in patients during de compensation, secondary bacterial infections or acute-on-chronic liver failure

You need medical attention and assessment.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
