Brief Answer:
I would like to have some more information
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I would like to have some more information.
1. Where is the exact location of the Lump? Please attach the Picture if you have no objection.
2. Did you confirm the diagnosis of the swelling?
3. Who advised you to inject Testosterone or did you inject by yourself?
Common swellings that occur in the leg are Lipoma, Bursa, Ganglion, etc.
Orthopaedician or General Surgeon will give a clue after clinical examination. They advise FNAC(Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) of the swelling if needed.
Testosterone injection can cause swelling, redness, and pain.
Feel free to come back with some pictures of the lump, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery
Regards

Hi
I saw the picture.
It could be a Lipoma,a swelling arising due to accumulation of fat.
Next possibility is a Sebaceous cyst, swelling arising from hair follicle.
There is no Medical treatment for both the swellings.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further
