Brief Answer:
missed periods

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
If you have been sexually active during the cycle irrespective of the fact that you never had unprotected intercourse , still a urine pregnancy test is mandatory to rule out pregnancy first. if the pregnancy test is negative then you may get an ultrasound pelvis done to check for endometrial thickness and also a hormonal profile including thyroid profile, serum prolactin, fsh , lh, amh, serum testosterone and serum estradiol levels to establish a possible cause of delay in menses due to hormonal imbalances.
Please follow up with reports,
Regards
