Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
Worthwhile getting an CBC, CRP, LFT and stool routine test done once to look for cause if abnormal then can consider doing a ct abdomen after consulting your local doctor. Can try taking cyclopam sos for pain till reports are available. In case pain is severe can go ahead with gastroenterologist consultation and ct scan after his opinion at earliest.
Also try following things
Take soft diet, avoid oily spicy food
Drink plenty of water
Ensure there is no constipation
If there is fever vomiting severe pain or red urine worth while consulting a gastroenterologist at earliest.
Hope this answers your query
Happy to help
Best wishes.
