1. I do not have diabetes or other systemic disorder.
2. I am 5'5" and 144 lbs and moderately active.
3. I do not stand for prolonged periods. But I do sit at the computer for a few hours a day.
4. I wore the compression stockings for a few months. They did not improve my condition appreciably at all.
I have just been reading about benefits of horse chestnut extract to improve vein issues. Do you have experience with any alternative or naturopathic products/treatments that are effective?
