Question: I have my leg very red . I went to the hospital and they said that I had cellulite they gave 2 antibiotics
Doxycycline and sulfamethoxazole but my leg still hurts and it is very red and swollen. Is there anything I should take?

Your doctor has prescribed you with the right choice of antibiotics. Continue the antibiotics till the advised time. Meanwhile,
- Rest the affected leg.
- Elevate the leg to avoid swelling.
- You may take OTC Pain medications like ibuprofen to help ease the pain.

Generally, you may begin to respond to the antibiotics in 2-3 days time but it may vary.
