I Have No Phlebotomizes As My Hemoglobin Is Dropping Into The High 12s
Question: 59yo Caucasian male. I have hereditary hemachromatosis......and, for years, I have had to have the typical periodic phlebotomies (7 - 10 weeks apart) to keep my serum ferritin in the <20 category. My typical hemoglobin at each phlebotomy was 15.2 - 16.4. In the past few years, I have no phlebotomies as my hemoglobin is dropping into the high 12s and my serum ferritin is
