Lots of vegetables
Salad with balsamic
A cocktail and wine

Red meat on weekends.
Cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus most often. A lot olive oil a little salt roasted in oven

1.5 ounce vodka or similar

I was heavy child
I am thin now
But gaining weight any thing over 98 And afraid to gain anymore .
Love
I’m 5 feet and have been steady 97.9 to 98.
Now a little over 98 but afraid because I have been gaining.

Some days lately a pound or a little more lately.

At my height that’s a lot

I am not anorexic I look nice and thin
When we are with friends on weekend they can’t believe how much I eat and drink. So large amount of food

This is has been my maintenance plan

Eat weekends trying to be extra careful with food and drink on Sunday

1 15 calorie biscotti

EVENING SNACK
1/2 cup low calorie ice cream with wafer cone,
1 laughing cow cheese (30 calorie)

JUST STARTED TAKING MAGNESIUM CITRATE which has helped before to move bowels.
What to do to get my bowels moving regularly and at all now?

Thank you,

Melanie

Brief Answer:
You need to be admitted in a hopital and treatment should be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Not being able to pass stools for weeks is quite abnormal and could indicate impacted stools in the colon.

You need to be admitted to a hospital and the impacted stools must be removed as soon as possible.

Please visit your nearest ER and get admitted.

Wishing you speedy recovery

I took fleet suppository and some liquid number 2 came out?

I have had this problem for probably years and have had colonoscopy on regular basis .

Nothing shows up,

sometimes 1 or 2 benign polyps

I am guessing this would show impacted stool in colon?

Brief Answer:
A colonoscopy should show impacted stools, but need to repeat now

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

I am sorry for your suferring.

Colonoscopy would show if there is impacted stool only when the colon is filled with impacted stools.

The doctors always give you large doses of laxatives a day or two before colonoscopy so when you actually undergo the test, the stools would not show.

Impacted stools can easily be felt by clinical exam and ultrasound scan (Sonography).

Carbonated mineral water is not healthy and does lead to weight gain and constipation.

No exotic water will help.

Please drink normal water, that is more than enough for us human beings.

I hope that clears your doubts,

Wishing you speedy recovery
