Question : i was recently prescribed Clindamycin for BV, since taking it (I just took third dose), ive noticed occasional throbbing in my kidneys, is this normal?

Actually, clindamycin has no such side effect.
Throbbing could be due to thin built( if you thin then this explains throbbing).
Otherwise, get an ultrasound KUB done if throbbing persists.
