Brief Answer:
A number of conditions to consider. Read below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms you describe may be caused mainly by two conditions:

1- impaired blood supply to the legs ( peripheral arteritis for example )

2- peripheral neuropathy ( a condition that may be linked to underlying causes such as diabetes, alcohol use, nerves compression, low vitamin B12, drugs adverse effects, etc.)

In my opinion, there is necessary a medical examination and tests such as Doppler ultrasound, nerve conduction study, blood tests, in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Treatment depends on the diagnosis.

Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
