Carpal tunnel syndrome possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think the numbness in your right hand can be related to a compression of nerves most probably caused by pressure on the median nerve.
It runs from your forearm through a passageway in your wrist known as carpal tunnel to your hand. If it is irritated you can feel numbness you can feel the numbness in palm side of your thumb and fingers, except the little finger. It is possible the place where do you feel the numbness.
It can get worse from excess work on desk or computer.
You can take antinflamatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for inflammation, pain and numbness.
Have rest.
Change the work position often and improve posture.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
