Question: I have numbness in my fingers and my forearms are sore.

Sometimes my calves are like this to but not in awhile.For my hands arms and sometimes my legs I let my hubby pull on them to relive the pain or cramp. I have Fybromyalgia but this doesn't feel like it at all

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think that your overall situation of neuropathy and fybromyalgia may be the cause of pain and numbness you are experiencing in fingers and forearms. Another possibility may be carpal tunnel syndrome that occurs when median nerve nerve is compressed. This can be triggered by repetitive movement and over usage of hands possibly in computer.
I can advise you to stop doing those movements which you think can trigger it.
You can discuss to increase the dosage of gabapentine and vicodine.
Probably you may even use amitryptiline.
