Question: I have numbness on left side of nose and jaw, trouble chewing food, I saw an ENT 2 weeks ago, he said no sinus infections although i have a history of sinus trouble.
Left ear is also plugged.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, we should definitely start antihistamine and anti inflammatory drug.
Take them for 5 days.
If it is sinusitis related then you will definitely improve.
But if it is due to other reason then you may need MRI brain to rule out cause.
Sometimes vitamin B12 deficiency can also cause similar symptoms.
So please let me know
