I Have Observed That Small Water Boils Are Emerging On
Question: I have observed that small water boils are emerging on my legs. What could be the possible reason?
There are several such boils all over my legs which don't hurt but itch a bit. I have popped them and there is only water.
The boils are slowly appearing on the arms too

You seem to have papular urticaria which is a hypersensitivity reaction to an insect bite. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days.
In addition I suggest you to apply a topical steroid and antibiotic combination ointment e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% and 2% mupirocin ointment (Flutibact ointment), twice daily for a few days.
