Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query.I have read&understood your concern.
The last episode you describe suggests infection of urinary bladder. This time you don't mention burning or pain in voiding urine or frequency of urination...just heaviness &tingling around vagina.
If you repeat same medication...you may get some relief...but chance of recurrance remains.also inadequate or ineffective antibiotic can start getting ineffective(resistance)
I feel you should have a careful review by the treating doctor with few investigations(a detailed pelvic examination, urine routine µscopic also culture&sensitivity test, vaginal swab culture if indicated, USG pelvis,Xray of lumbosachral region Few of these might be advised according to need)
Needful investigations would assess extent&type of infection.facilitating a complete course of medication of suitable&effective antibiotic.
This would-
Facilitate cure,avoid recurrance&chronic problem
would confirm diagnosis(weather urinary or pelvic infection)
Would exclude lumbosachral or local pinching of nerves...which can be a possible if the complaint is without any burning or pain in urination ,this time.
*Self medication may give temporary relief...but risk of masking basic cause & it's treatement is neglected.
Please discuss with your treating doctor before you take antibiotic.
I hope this helps.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
